How to Order Tickets

1. Browse Upcoming Events
   Visit the Upcoming Events page and select your location. Browse the available Theater Extras listings, which can be sorted alphabetically, by showtime, or by most recently added.
2. Select Your Performance
   • Find the performance you wish to attend.
   • Choose the showtime and select the number of tickets you want.
   • Important: The system defaults to one ticket, so be sure to adjust the ticket quantity as needed before submitting your order.
3. Submit Your Order
   Click Order Tickets once you have confirmed the correct date, time, and number of tickets.
4. Review & Confirm
   The Order Tickets page will display:
   • Name of the production
   • Number of tickets
   • Processing fee
   • Performance date and start time
   • Venue name and address
   Review all details carefully. If everything is correct, click Confirm Order. Your credit card on file will be charged the processing fee/s, and your Ticket Voucher will appear on your screen.
5. Ticket Pickup Requirements
   You must present your Ticket Voucher and a matching photo ID at the ticket pickup location.
   • You may bring a printed ticket voucher or display it on your mobile device
   • You may also present the reminder email sent 8–12 hours before showtime
   Tickets are typically available for pickup at least 30 minutes before showtime (sometimes up to 90 minutes prior).
6. Pickup Timing Rules
   Members who arrive too early or too late are strictly prohibited from approaching participating box offices to request tickets.Tickets must be picked up only at the specified time and location listed on your voucher.
7. If a Reservation Is Not Honored
   In the unlikely event that a box office cannot honor a Theater Extras reservation, members are expected to cooperate fully with venue staff and immediately notify Theater Extras of the situation.
   
   Please do not confront or argue with the box office or ticket representatives.
