For the price of One Off-Broadway Ticket, you and a guest can enjoy 365 days of Theater and Entertainment.
Ticket Distribution & Pickup
As a Theater Extras member, you must not contact the venue or box office directly for any reason. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at info@theaterextras.com, and we will assist you.
Members are required to carefully follow the ticket pickup instructions listed on their ticket voucher.
Ticket Pickup Locations
Tickets are distributed in one of two ways: by the venue’s box office or off-site by a Theater Extras representative.
If your pickup is at the venue’s box office:
- Go directly to the venue’s box office.
- Present your ticket voucher on your phone or a printout along with your photo ID.
- Be discreet and do not mention how you secured your tickets.
- The box office does not want us advertising Theater Extras; remember, they want to sell tickets.
If your pickup location is off-site:
- The pickup location will be clearly noted on your ticket voucher.
- Off-site pickup locations are usually within one or two blocks of the venue.
- A Theater Extras representative wearing a TE badge, holding a stack of envelopes and should be easily identifiable.
- Please have your ticket voucher on your phone or a printout and your photo ID ready to show to the representative to obtain your tickets.
Ticket Distribution Policies
- Theater Extras reserves the right to distribute complimentary tickets in the manner we deem most appropriate.
- Our entertainment partners, promoters, and venues reserve the right to change or withdraw complimentary ticket offers at any time.
- Event cancellations or changes are at the sole discretion of the promoter or venue and, while rare, are beyond the control of Theater Extras.
Refunds & Credits
- If a reservation is not honored or an event is canceled prior to arrival, your processing fees will be refunded.
- If an event is canceled after you arrive at the venue, we will refund your processing fees and add $12.00 in courtesy credits to your Theater Extras account.
Special Seating Requests
If you require special or accessible seating, you must notify us via email at least 24 hours in advance. While accommodations are not guaranteed, we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Member Discretion
Members must be discreet at all times. Please do not discuss Theater Extras at or near the venue. Maintaining discretion helps ensure that venues can continue selling full-price tickets and allows us to continue offering our members these opportunities.
